Valerie
Gundrum teaches Spinning, Pilates, and CardioKick, and other classes
as needed. As the owner of Four Seasons Fitness Studio, Valerie
wants to enable her instructors and students to work as a team to
effectively meet their health and wellness needs. As an instructor,
Valerie wants everyone to have fun. |

Lisa Coniglio
teaches Fit Over 50 and Step & Strength. Lisa has been teaching
at Four Seasons Fitness since we opened in March 2004, and
enjoys challenging her students with new combinations and strength
moves. Lisa is a biology lab instructor at Ithaca College, mother
of two young daughters, and lifetime fitness student. She'll give
you more than your money's worth, and promises to skip the anatomy
and physiology lectures (unless you want one).

Barb Patten is
a passionate student and Spinning instructor at Four Seasons.She also
subs for Pilates. Her humor and enthusiasm keep her classmates on
their toes. Barb pines for Valerie to get ill or leave town, in order
to get an opportunity to a leave “long lasting impression”
on the students.

Nancy Rine is a retired
military officer and long-time fitness enthusiast. As a Four Seasons
Fitness student she got the courage (and encouragement!) to get certified
as a group and step aerobics instructor. She is also trained in Pilates
and senior fitness. Her passion is aerobic dance and she brings popular
music and dance steps to her routines. She currently teaches Fit Over
50 and substitutes when asked. |

Cassandra Thompson (Sandy
to friends and family) is a recent addition to the instructor lineup.
As a high school teacher and recently retired
cheer coach, she brings extensive experience in all aspects of teaching
that are important to Four Seasons Fitness – attentiveness
to students, safety, proper execution, and a spunky attitude. Go
